Important Information

Now accepting toddler through eighth grade new applications for 2011-12. Call for a tour of the school to see how your child would benefit from a Montessori education.

Reenrollment deadline is March 1, 2012. Please send in forms on time to ensure a place for your child. Classes will be full for school year 2012-13.

Curriculum Night Mar. 1st 7:00PM to 8:30PM. Everyone is welcome and childcare will be provided!

The Academy follows the Chambersburg Area School District school closings and late openings schedule in the event of inclement weather. Please listen to your radio when conditions warrant: WCHA 800 AM, WIKZ 95.1 FM, and your local TV station, Channel 8, or www.wgal.com. You can also phone the Chambersburg Area School District hotline 261-8000, or check their web site www.chambersburg.k12.pa.us.

Schools will be closed Monday, February 20. School will resume on Tuesday, February 21st.

ACTIVITY ROOM RENTAL

Rent Our Activity Room for Your Meetings, Trainings, Seminars, Classes or Events. Call us at 717-261-1110 or fill out our online rental request form.

  • New building
  • Approx. 5050 sq. ft. of open space available with stage
  • Can accommodate up to 250 people
  • Wheelchair and handicap accessible
  • Parking available
  • Tables, Chairs and Separate Kitchen available

Our Activity Room is available all summer including Weekends and during the summer for rent Weekdays after 4pm and All-Day on Weekends for your event.

Activity Room Rental Fees

  • Rental fee of the Activity Room is $300.00 per day or $40.00/hr.
  • A fee of $50.00 will be applied for cleanup for each day of rental.
  • A fee of $25.00 will be applied for use of the kitchen area and appliances.
  • A fee may apply for additional tables and chairs.
  • Piano tuning prior to use is $75.00 and must be coordinated 2 weeks in advance of rental dates.
Note: Partial and negotiated fees are subject to the discretion of Head of School and Advisory Staff.
